… in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.

… in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come to judge the living and the dead.

… in the Holy Spirit, who is God’s presence on earth at this time. He is not an “it”, but a person, and He was sent by Jesus to be our counselor, after Jesus ascended to heaven. He lives in believers now, and He is the third person of the God-head.

… in the Holy Bible, which is God’s inspired Word to us.

… in the Church of God worldwide, that all believers in the Lord Jesus are members of His body.

… in the forgiveness of sins, and that Jesus took those sins upon Himself on the Cross.

… in the resurrection of the body, being one day transformed into the image of Christ

… in the life everlasting, that all believers, when they die, will live forever with Jesus.
